When I picked up this book, I thought this may be another self help book, I was wrong! This book was amazing and after reading it I felt like I had a a much deeper understanding of my souls purpose. This author writes in such a deep personal way, you feel you could have a cup of coffee and ask her questions about the universe. This could be titled "The idiot's guide to happiness" I do not consider myself especially enlightened, but this book is for everyone. This is an easy read, with insights and suggestions that are easy to follow through with. I found this enjoyable as well as enlightening. I would also pass this along to anyone who may be struggling on their path. This is the kind of uplifting book that can help ANYONE find their silver lining. This is one book you can go back and easily read again and again. I know that I will!
So much wonderful insight is shared by this author. Wisdom gained from love and loss isn't what make this book original, it's that she shares her own experiences perhaps to prove how the most sensitive of us can still flourish. Profoundly sad and vulnerable at times, her insight can no doubt help the rest of us turn our own struggles into positive living experiences. How do we live in the present? How do we live in this overly materialistic world? She appeals to our inner strength as she insists we all have a hard journey but are more than well equipped to not only handle the chaos of humanity but to love and spread love along the way, no matter what. She may have been the "Queen Of Heartbreak" at one time but I only imagine her to be the essence of true love

Amazing book for the sensitive people, and there are a lot of them, so read the book, Corrine is an Excellent writer. Whom I just love. Her words are like magic, if you let the magic in. Take the time and read each line, then read it again. Her stories are touching, and the poetry is out of this world, literally, from a different dimension of time. AMAZING JOB.
De Winter truly renews my faith in the principles of the New Age. If a cynic like myself can make that claim, then you know it's a good book. We live in such a dark age that it's hard to see the bright side. Yet that negativity can drag us down, defeating the very force that gives us hope and enables us to make a dark age into a golden one. I can truly say that I think even the most skeptical soul will find something uplifting in this book. You don't have to be religious to believe in the power of the human spirit. You just need books like this to remind you of it. Brava!

Corrine is a very special person, which brings her book to life on so many levels. I hope anyone who reads her book, is open to every twist and turn she brings into it. This is real journalism. More than just a personal glimpse, but watching how a person is transformed into a caring, understanding adult.
